The breakfast was alright, but it lacked variety. I expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber! the room service was also a bit slow. It took ages to get a simple order. and what's worse. the pillows, they were way too hard. It made it hard to sleep comfortably. i think these are things the hotel management need to address fast.

The location was central, a huge plus. Breakfast offered many choices. I found several options I liked. The room was very quiet. It had a large balcony facing the courtyard.
The cleaning service forgot to replenish shampoo. The supply was short. Pillows felt quite hard. I found them uncomfortable. There was no complimentary water in the room, a disappointment.

the hotel sits in a modern building, very cool. atilla at reception was especially friendly, he helped me a lot. the restaurant staff was efficient too.
the cleaning service did not refill shampoo. there was no tissues also. the toilet flush kept falling off every time i used it.

the cleaning service neglected to replenish shampoo and tissues despite my request at reception. the toilet flush handle detached each time i used it, this was quite annoying. i also thought bottled water should be complimentary considering the room rate.
